These Terms of Service govern use of the 3D Print Pics website and services. By using the website, creating an account, uploading artwork, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Who may order
Orders must be placed by adults who can enter into a binding purchase agreement. If artwork is created by a child, the order must be managed by a parent or guardian.
Custom products
3D Print Pics creates custom full-color 3D printed keepsakes from customer-provided drawings or photos. Because each product is custom made, final results may vary from the source image and from on-screen previews. We may simplify shapes, colors, or fine details so the model can be printed successfully.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, payment, shipping, and artwork information. You are also responsible for reviewing model previews, responding to requests for changes, and confirming that submitted artwork complies with our artwork rules.
Artwork rights
You must own or have permission to use any artwork, drawing, photo, character, name, logo, or design you submit. You may not upload copyrighted, trademarked, inappropriate, unsafe, or prohibited material.
AI-assisted generation
Our workflow may use AI tools to interpret uploaded artwork, remove backgrounds, clean images, generate previews, create 3D models, or assist staff review. AI-generated previews are part of the custom design process and may require customer or staff approval.
Approvals and changes
All custom orders require customer approval before printing. If you approve a model, the order may move into production. If you request changes, staff may contact you, request new artwork, or offer options based on the status of the order.
Prices and promotions
Prices, discounts, affiliate promotions, rush processing, taxes, and shipping charges may change. Promotions may have expiration dates, usage limits, or other restrictions.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account login information secure. Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
No resale or misuse
You may not use the site to upload unlawful content, interfere with the website, reverse engineer systems, abuse promotions, attempt fraud, or misuse affiliate links or promo codes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, 3D Print Pics is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service as the business changes. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the revised terms.
Adult-managed accounts and orders
Accounts, checkout, uploads, support requests, and approvals must be handled by an adult, parent, or legal guardian. By submitting artwork or a photo involving a child, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian, or that you have permission from the parent or legal guardian to submit it.
You agree not to submit unnecessary personal information about a child, including full name, school, home address, birthday, medical information, or precise location details.
