Affiliate Disclosure
3D Print Pics may operate an affiliate program where approved affiliates receive tracking links or promo codes. Affiliates may earn rev share when customers make qualifying purchases through an affiliate link, affiliate promo code, or other tracking method approved by 3D Print Pics.
Affiliate rev share
Affiliates may earn rev share on qualifying referred purchases. Unless a different written agreement applies, referred customers may receive a discount through the affiliate's promo code and the affiliate may receive a tiered rev share based on the referred order subtotal after customer discounts. Taxes, customer-paid shipping, cancelled orders, refunded amounts, chargebacks, returned orders, replacement-only orders, and other non-qualifying charges are excluded from rev share calculations.
30-day referral attribution
When a customer clicks an affiliate tracking link, that visitor may be linked to the affiliate for 30 days. If that customer purchases within the 30-day window, the sale may be credited to the affiliate even if the customer does not use the affiliate promo code. If no purchase occurs within 30 days, the visitor falls out of the linked no-purchase list and future purchases are not automatically credited to that affiliate.
Affiliate reporting
Affiliate and admin dashboards may show tracking link clicks, visitor sessions, traffic source, date visited, basic interaction history, promo code activity, customer name or email if the customer entered it, IP address, and approximate location information when available. These records are used for attribution, fraud review, and program reporting.
Pending and payable rev shares
Affiliate sales remain pending until the referred order is completed and delivered. Rev share is not eligible to be paid until 15 days after the customer's order is completed and delivered. Orders that are cancelled, refunded, charged back, returned, or otherwise disqualified do not create payable rev share.
Tier levels
Affiliate tiers may include Bronze, Silver, and Gold levels. Tier rules may be based on monthly sales, months as an affiliate, or other criteria set by 3D Print Pics. Monthly sales statistics reset on the 1st day of each month. If an affiliate reaches a higher tier during a month, the higher rev share percentage may apply retroactively to qualifying sales from that same month. A tier achieved in one month may carry through the following month, but future tier status can change based on whether the affiliate meets the active criteria.
Affiliate disclosures
Affiliates are responsible for clearly disclosing their relationship with 3D Print Pics when sharing links, reviews, posts, videos, emails, or promo codes. Disclosures should be clear, easy to notice, and close to the recommendation.
Affiliate Agreement
This Affiliate Agreement explains the rules for participating in the 3D Print Pics affiliate program. By signing up for the program, using an affiliate link or promo code, or accepting affiliate rev share, you agree to follow these terms.
Eligibility and approval
Affiliate accounts must be created by adults who can enter into a binding agreement. 3D Print Pics may approve, deny, pause, or remove any affiliate account at our discretion. Participation is not guaranteed, and inactive, inaccurate, fraudulent, or abusive accounts may be disabled.
Independent contractor relationship
Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees, partners, franchisees, agents, or legal representatives of 3D Print Pics. Affiliates may not make commitments, promises, warranties, refunds, discounts, or customer service decisions on behalf of 3D Print Pics.
Rev share basis
Affiliate rev share is calculated from eligible referred order subtotal revenue after customer discounts. Taxes, shipping charged to the customer, actual shipping cost, refunds, replacement-only orders, cancelled orders, chargebacks, and other excluded amounts do not count toward rev share unless 3D Print Pics states otherwise in writing.
Payout timing
Rev shares remain pending until the referred order is completed, delivered, and outside the 15-day post-delivery review window. 3D Print Pics may hold, reduce, or reverse rev shares for refunds, returns, chargebacks, customer disputes, suspected fraud, duplicate attribution, cancelled orders, or order adjustments.
Referral links and promo codes
Affiliate links and promo codes are assigned by 3D Print Pics and may not be altered, misrepresented, sold, transferred, or used in a misleading way. 3D Print Pics may change, disable, or replace affiliate links and promo codes at any time.
Prohibited self-referrals
Affiliates may not earn rev share on their own purchases, purchases made by accounts they control, purchases made only to manipulate tier status, or transactions that 3D Print Pics reasonably determines are not legitimate customer referrals.
Coupon sites and code abuse
Affiliates may not submit affiliate promo codes to coupon sites, deal scraping sites, browser extension coupon databases, or similar platforms without written permission from 3D Print Pics. Attempted coupon stacking, automated code sharing, public code leakage, or repeated multi-code testing may result in disabled codes, removed rev shares, and up to and including account suspension or termination.
Advertising and brand rules
Affiliates may not bid on 3D Print Pics brand terms, misspellings, domain names, or confusingly similar names in paid search or paid ads without written permission. Affiliates may not use 3D Print Pics logos, images, product photos, customer examples, screenshots, or brand assets in a way that is misleading, low quality, inappropriate, or inconsistent with our brand.
Content standards
Affiliate content must be truthful, clear, and appropriate for families. Affiliates may not make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unsupported claims about product results, materials, safety, shipping times, AI model quality, earnings, discounts, or customer outcomes.
Required disclosures
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship anywhere they share a link, code, recommendation, review, video, email, post, or paid placement. Disclosures should be easy to notice, close to the affiliate recommendation, and understandable to ordinary customers.
No spam or unlawful promotion
Affiliates may not promote 3D Print Pics through spam, deceptive messages, unlawful data collection, misleading redirects, malware, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, fake traffic, impersonation, or any method that violates platform rules, privacy rules, email rules, advertising rules, or applicable law.
Customer relationship
Customers referred by affiliates are customers of 3D Print Pics. Order handling, refunds, replacements, support, production decisions, and final customer communications are managed by 3D Print Pics.
Taxes and payment information
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information when requested and for reporting and paying any taxes related to affiliate income. 3D Print Pics may withhold payment if required information is missing, inaccurate, or legally required.
Program changes
3D Print Pics may update affiliate rates, tiers, eligibility rules, payout timing, attribution rules, dashboard features, or program terms at any time. Continued participation after changes are posted means the affiliate accepts the updated terms.
Termination
3D Print Pics may terminate or suspend affiliate participation at any time, with or without notice. Termination may result in disabled links, disabled promo codes, removal from reporting, and forfeiture of unpaid rev shares connected to fraud, abuse, violation of these terms, or disqualified orders.

Stripe Connect tax setup and payout hold
Affiliates who reach $600 in total referred sales must complete Stripe Connect tax and payout setup before requesting or receiving additional payouts. If an affiliate reaches the $600 threshold and Stripe has not collected and verified the required tax and payout information, payout eligibility is paused until Stripe reports the connected account as payout-ready.
3D Print Pics uses Stripe-hosted onboarding so Stripe can collect sensitive tax and bank information directly. Affiliates should complete tax information, identity verification, bank details, and any Stripe-requested updates through their Stripe Express setup flow or Stripe Express Dashboard.
Affiliates are responsible for submitting accurate tax information. 3D Print Pics may withhold, delay, or decline payouts when required tax information is missing, inaccurate, incomplete, unverified by Stripe, or otherwise required for tax reporting or compliance.
