3D Print Pics ships custom 3D printed products to the shipping address provided during checkout.
Production timing
Production time depends on artwork review, AI processing, customer approval, print queue, quality review, and shipping preparation. Rush processing will move an order ahead in the production queue, but it does not guarantee a specific delivery date unless clearly stated at checkout.
Shipping addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an address is incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, additional shipping charges or delays may apply.
Tracking
When an order ships, tracking information will be added to the customer dashboard and may be sent by email if email notifications are enabled.
Carrier delays
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control.
Lost or damaged packages
If a package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact support with your order number, tracking number, and photos if applicable. We may ask for additional information to help with a carrier claim or replacement review.
Shipping cost differences
Shipping charged to the customer may differ from the actual carrier cost paid by 3D Print Pics. Internal shipping cost records are used for reporting and business operations.
United States shipping
At this time, shipping options may be limited to addresses in the United States unless another option is clearly offered at checkout.
