Customers are responsible for making sure uploaded artwork is appropriate, lawful, and suitable for a custom 3D printed product.
You must have rights to the artwork
Only upload artwork, drawings, photos, characters, logos, names, or designs that you created, own, or have permission to use. Do not upload copyrighted characters, trademarked logos, sports/team marks, celebrity likenesses, or other protected material unless you have the legal right to use it.
Prohibited content
Do not upload sexually graphic content, violent depictions, hateful content, harassment, illegal content, unsafe instructions, private personal information, or anything inappropriate for children.
Artwork guidelines
Good uploads usually show one main object, character, creature, animal, vehicle, house, or simple shape. The main object should be clear, connected, and easy to separate from the background.
Design limits
Uploaded artwork should have simple backgrounds, no more than 7 final print colors, and avoid very thin external features that may be structurally weak. Staff or automated tools may reject, simplify, or request changes to artwork that is too complex for reliable printing.
Backgrounds and extra objects
3D Print Pics may remove backgrounds or ignore disconnected items so the final model focuses on the main object. If the image includes multiple objects, we may ask you to re-upload or clarify which object should be modeled.
Color limits
Full-color models are limited to the available print colors offered by 3D Print Pics. If artwork contains too many colors or colors that cannot be printed exactly, we may ask you to reduce colors, choose substitutions, or approve a simplified palette.
Review and rejection
3D Print Pics may reject artwork at our discretion. If artwork is rejected, we may ask for a replacement upload, offer changes, or cancel the order depending on the situation and order status.
Child privacy in uploads
Artwork and photo uploads should be submitted by a parent or legal guardian. Do not include a child's full name, school, address, birthday, medical information, precise location, or other unnecessary personal details in the image, file name, artwork description, or support messages.
If an upload includes unnecessary child personal information, 3D Print Pics may reject the upload, request a new image, remove visible personal details where practical, or contact the customer for clarification before continuing production.
