3D Print Pics collects information needed to operate our website, process orders, create custom 3D printed products, provide support, and improve our services.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, billing and payment information handled through Stripe, uploaded artwork or photos, order details, support messages, affiliate or promo code activity, and website usage information such as page views, referral sources, device/browser information, and checkout activity.
Uploaded artwork and photos
Customers upload drawings or photos so we can create a custom 3D model. Please do not upload child names, school information, addresses, medical information, or other unnecessary personal details in the image or description. Uploaded files may be reviewed by staff and may be processed using third-party tools to clean the image, generate previews, or create a 3D model.
How we use information
We use customer information to process payments, create and ship orders, provide account access, send order updates, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, manage returns or refunds, operate affiliate and promotion tracking, improve the website, and comply with legal or business recordkeeping needs.
Payments
Payment information is processed by Stripe. 3D Print Pics does not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
Email communications
We send transactional emails about orders, account activity, support tickets, approvals, shipping, and important service updates. Customers may manage email preferences from their account profile. Some operational messages may still be necessary to complete an order or respond to a request.
Analytics and tracking

If you believe a child under the age of 13 submitted personal information directly to us without a parent or guardian, contact support so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
